How long does shipping take for my Secretlab chair?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is the return policy for Secretlab products?
We offer a 49-day return policy for all Secretlab products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Does my Secretlab chair come with a warranty?
Yes, all Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty as standard, which can be extended to 5 years through our Warranty Extension Program at no additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing options through Affirm for qualifying customers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor your delivery progress.
Are the chairs difficult to assemble?
Not at all. Each chair comes with a detailed, full-color assembly guide and all necessary tools. Most users find they can complete the assembly in approximately 20-30 minutes.
